How To Dry Brush?

To begin start at the bottom of the legs and work up each leg from one to the other in circular movements, bikini line as well, this will also help with ingrown hairs, next up to the abdomen, counter clockwise direction, work gently on the breasts and upper chest, finish off with the hands, up each arm, and then start on the back side and work your way up.
