Cancellation Policy

The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Please provide 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment or 50% of the price of the service will be charged to you. No shows are charged full treatment price.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatments.

Arriving late will deprive you of your time in your treatment, reducing the results.

Your appointment will end as scheduled, so the next guest is not delayed.
